Thanks for reaching out about this!

We’ve recently rolled out Text Autofit improvements, and in my testing, upgrading the project text with this feature helps resolve the issue mentioned in this post.

Have you had a chance to upgrade your project text and apply the textbox settings shown below? This should enable scrollbars when the text overflows. I attached my test Storyline project for your reference.
