the course is moving to completion with out reaching 100%
Hi everyone!
I have an issue regarding one of my training. Inside the course there is a test and learners have to reach 100% to be able to pass the training.
There are 2 layers :
One if you succeed and you can leave the course by clicking on the button exit on the player
an other one if you failed. There is button which allow you to take the test again
My issue is even if they failed the test and click on the button exit on the player, on my LMS, the course reach 100% completion.
How I can fix this issue ?

When you published the course to LMS, which reporting option did you select?
If it's Passed/Failed, then as long as the user completes the course, it will be marked as completed, but with a success status of either Pass or Fail.
Changing it to either Completed/Incomplete (with no success status) or Passed/Incomplete should give you the reporting you are looking for.
