I too am having this issue and placed a support ticket. I have not heard from anyone yet, but, is the workaround to publish in version 3.95?
SheilaJackson-C- yes, that's the workaround I was given. Try it and add your results to the ticket. I shared our file with the customer support team, and they were able to replicate the issue.
