Hi Glenda,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue! I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions to help narrow down the issue.

  • Is this opening happening when you attempt to delete that one trigger?
  • Is this issue occurring with only this file or multiple files? If it's happening with all files, I would suggest trying a Storyline repair.

I opened your file on my end and I'm not getting a red X after playing around a bit. I've imported the course into a new Storyline file and attached it here. Are you still experiencing this issue with the new file?
