I experience the issue in multiple courses. I am seeing it a lot in this course because I duplicated a lot of slides. I am not seeing it in the course you developed. :?

Thanks for the additional information. Since the issue is affecting multiple projects and you're already working locally when making edits to your project file, I'd recommend doing a repair of your installation of Storyline 360 to see if this helps address the behavior.
