The Stop Audio Trigger for
Hello,
I'm fairly new to Storyline and have been using the background audio feature successfully in courses published to an LMS or Review 360.
I'm working on a project now where the Storyline files are to be published as videos so they can be embedded in PowerPoint presentations. I've used the Stop Media / Audio Trigger in the same way as before, but when the course is published to video, the background audio still plays, even when the trigger is on the slide.
The trigger is working in the courses published to Review 360.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you fix it?
A sample video file is attached. The background music should play on the first slide, but not the second.
