Themes & Colours: delete or edit a saved theme

Sorry, but I can't see an answer to your question about the Delect and Edit option not showing. Were you able to resolve this?

Happy to jump in!
In Storyline, authors can Edit or Delete custom Theme Colors. However, these options are only available for colors you've created, and not for the built-in themes.
Also, were you unable to access the user guides shared by Ange? They're both loading as expected on my end. Can you try the following links again and let me know if you're still having trouble?

Yes, I could access the user guides, however, I couldn't find the specific information I needed.
It's a little weird what is showing in the Colors dropdown. There must be 30-40 custom colors sitting under This Project. I did not create them so I'm not sure how they got there. I'm just trying to delete them as they are mostly all the same. Any further information on how they got here would also be useful.

I am having a similar issue. I need to edit a color scheme that came in with a slide, however, I do not see the "edit" option. Help!
I am having a similar issue. A color scheme came into my project from a copied slide and not I am not able to edit it. Why? We were able to edit color schemes. How can I work with this? Do I have to create a new custome scheme off of this one?

I understand you're not able to edit a color theme on a copied slide, and that you're not seeing the Edit option. Can you please confirm where you're checking for this?
If I navigate to the top ribbon and select Design > Colors, I see a Custom themes and Built-in themes. By right-clicking Custom, I see the option to Edit. Built-in themes don't allow this option.
Since you're working on a copied slide, the colors may have been brought in as custom static colors. In that case, even after editing a theme, you may need to reapply theme colors to the objects for the changes to take effect. If you don’t see any Custom themes listed, you can create one by going to Design > Colors > Create New Theme Colors, and then edit it from there.
