There are white vertical lines on the right when using the modern player

Hi All,    I am using the modern player. I am encountering a problem when closing the menu white lines/bars appear on the right as in the following shots. Any advice?  Thank you   ...

I'm so sorry to hear you are having this difficulty. Happy to help!

I have a few questions in order to assist you better: 

  • Are you experiencing this issue in other Storyline courses you have created? 
  • Can you confirm what version of Storyline you're currently running? 

-You can check that in your project from the Help tab and then click About Storyline.

- I'd recommend updating Storyline to the most recent version as we have released a new version today: Storyline 360 (Build 3.71.29339.0).

If you are still having difficulty after updating Storyline, please share your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case so we can take a closer look at your project.

    Thanks for your quick response and sorry for late mine. 

    Here are some answers: 

    • Are you experiencing this issue in other Storyline courses you have created? 

    No. 

    • Can you confirm what version of Storyline you're currently running? 

    I have just updated Storyline to the latest version available and the problem still exists. 

    I have attached my file. It is empty but I was doing some tests to decide about the wireframe. 

    I also published this to web and run on my local browser.
