You could delete the correct/incorrect slide layers and create 3 layers for each of your tiers. On the base layer, you'd create a variable for when the timeline starts on the slide. Show layer A when variable: quiz.ScorePoints is between 1 and 5. Make two more triggers for the other layers with respective points.
