Timed Out/Offine Message and issues with Rise 360

Hi Articulate team,

 

My articulate account is playing up today. I keep getting timed out/offline messaging. Also i will be typing and things will start deleting themselves such as text or even the blocks i have added in.

I had no issue with Articulate before today and my internet is stable. Would you know what the issue is?
