Timeline lagging when editing/viewing

At this stage I haven't spoken to anyone about this issue except those I've spoken to in Australia. These are from the distribution company and not specifically your support team. So apart from the discussions with you I haven't spoken to support about this element. If someone from the support team can assist it would obviously be great, however one of the main issues is that I can't share the file as it has sensitive information on it. When I tried to do a project with a sample of the screen recorded material, the issue was worse. I also realised that Articulate doesn't cleanly cut the footage so the whole file would inherently be attached and I can't do that unfortunately.
Let me know if there's something we can do, I don't really want to record all the material again so this isn't my preferred option, but at the moment it might be faster...
