Timeline palette stuck off screen
I clicked the icon to pop out the Timeline into a standalone "window". It opened at the very top of my screen with the top controls off screen. I cant get it back or get to the control functions. I've restarted, tried a new document... it's stuck. HELP!

Thanks David for the screenshot - can I ask where your windows task bar is? I know there is an issue where if it's anywhere but the bottom, then the Storyline UI can have elements hidden behind it or appear offscreen and therefore unaccessible. We've reported that to our QA Team and they're investigating it but in the meantime you may want to look at redocking the windows if you're unable to access or moving the position of the Windows task bar.

That may be to root of my problem then. I have my task bar set to auto-hide (on the bottom). I have also noticed that when in such a setting and with storyline set to full screen, i can not access my task bar. Normally placing my mouse at the bottom of the screen would cause my task bar to rise. This does not happen in story line.
Yes - I see it's also noted that setting the task bar to autohide causes the same behavior. I'll include this thread in the report filed with our team and be in touch once there is additional information to share.

I constantly have this issue with a variety of palettes when I use two monitors. The layers properties are almost always half on half off the second monitor. Sometimes it is fixable by disconnecting second monitor which brings the pallet within reach. Sometimes I have to restart SL and sometimes my entire computer. This is happening now with the CC palette too. This time it is completely off the screen. We are running Windows 7 so not sure if that is where the issue is coming from. :(
Hi Curtis,
I'm sorry to hear you're still having so much trouble using the Storyline windows. Can you also let me know what update of Storyline 360 you're using? The latest is Storyline 360, build 3.21.17083.0. Also, for your Windows 7 set up, what's the screen resolution and DPI you're using?
