Too many email notifications from Review 360: How can reviewers turn it off?
Hi JenniferBaldwin,
I'm happy to help!
By default, you'll receive email notifications for Review 360 comments that mention you by @name as well as replies to your comments. If users don't wish to receive these emails, they can mute or turn off project notifications. Here's how:
- Sign in to Articulate 360 and open the project you want to follow or mute.
- Click the More ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner and choose Project Notifications.
3. Choose Mute project to receive no email notifications on that project or Your Activity to receive email notifications when someone replies to your comments or mentions you by @name.

4. Click outside the notification settings menu to close it.
Alternatively, if they wanted to change the frequency of the email notifications from hourly to daily, they can follow these instructions. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.
Hello - these instructions no longer appear to be correct. I cannot find the option to change email frequency anywhere within my account. Are there updated instructions available? Or is this feature no longer available? I'm getting hundreds of emails every day and would like to adjust to a daily summary.
Thank you!

Hey MaggieD,
Happy to help with this.
Changing the frequency of email notifications is still a supported feature in Review. The article that Kelly shared outlines the steps you should be following.
After opening any Review item, navigate to your profile in the upper-right corner and select Notification Settings.
There, you can choose between Instantly, Hourly, or Daily. Also, these settings are only configurable at the individual course level. Right now, there is no global option to manage all notifications across an entire Review library.
Let me know if that worked for you!

Hello - one more note, although the setting shows in the individual course level, it appears to apply globally. I changed it to Daily in one course and that setting has carried over into the 5 other courses I checked after I made that change.
