Track using multiple quizzes' results in Rise

Is it possible to track using multiple quizzes' results in Rise? It looks like, see screenshot, that I can only select ONE Qu...
We need this as well.
Since the quiz setting "Require Passing Score To Continue" also blocks navigation, there is still no solution without blocking navigation.
Can you please give an update here? It would be hard to use Rise for creating compliance courses without this functionality.
