Tracking a Storyline Survey Block in Rise 360 published on Reach 360

I have created a Compliance Training Course using Rise 360 and have a Storyline 360 survey at the end of it as an interactive block. The course is published on Reach 360.  During testing we do not get results from the survey.  I have noted that "Track using Storyline Block" is an option when publishing onto LMS etc but not available when publishing to Reach.  Is this part of our problem?  If not, are we missing something in the settings?
