Hi Ashley

Thanks for your reply. We were able to solve the problem through lots of testing. It turns out that using SCORM 2004 2nd and 3rd Edition with Complete/Incomplete reporting causes Success to report as Failed on completion. 4th edition reported Unknown. We republished as SCORM 2004 3rd Edition with Passed/Incomplete reporting and Success now reports as Passed on completion.

This relates to testing with SCORM Cloud so hopefully this solution will also assist others.

    Thank for sharing this. I changed as you suggest. I got the completion status along with success in cloud.scorm.com.
