Tracking users incorrect answers
I have a quiz question set up with unlimited attempts but would like to track which answers (incorrect and correct) answers the user chooses and pass that to their LMS. Is there a way to do this?

The reporting you are seeing is a limitation of SCORM 1.2. If your LMS accepts SCORM 2004, I recommend switching it so you can see the full text of the interaction.
