Training Plan - Large content
I need help! I am developing an e-learning course on a Training Management Plan all Managerial positions will use to properly train and provide documentation. The model is similar to the ADDIE model...
There is a lot of movement toward Just in Time, and Just enough training models. I would at least consider five separate courses.
