Hello all,
I wanted to ask, what is the best way to bulk transfer ownerships of courses to another account outside of our team?
Thanks, - MaryMills-aa465Community Member

Hi there, I have a Rise file from someone who longer has a Rise account. I need to do some work on it. How do I set up the file/course in my account please?

Hi Andrea,
If the Rise course that you have is a ZIP file, it cannot be brought back into Rise and edited.

Thanks for getting back to me. So, is there any way I could get the course? What kind of file would I need? Or, would it be possible for this other person to reactivate their account for the purposes of assigning the course over to me?

Hi Hazel, just jumping in on the Andrea's question to get a little clarity: what if the author of the course was on a now expired trial at the time of sharing the course; Can I still use and edit the rise course?

Hi Geosso Tech!
If a course copy was shared with you and you have an active subscription, you can still edit the copy of that course.
Hope this information helps you!

Hi ! Need to understand one thing: if the date accounts team expire what happens to the rise 360 projects? Do we have access to it if we buy seats with the same e-mail? Thanks!
- hazelBStaff
Hi Isabel! We'll keep your Rise 360 courses and Review 360 projects on our servers for at least six months after your paid subscription expires or at least three months after your free trial ends. If you're the owner of the Articulate 360 subscription then, yes you can renew using the same email address.
