Transfer ownership to a collaborator in Rise 360

I need to transfer ownership of a number of courses I created to a new Instructional Designer on my team, but cannot figure out how to do so. I have seen other discussions that mention hovering over the current user and a "transfer" option appears, but that doesn't show for me. Any tips appreciated!

    Hi.

    If you have an Articulate 360 account, and you are the current course owner, first add the person that should be the new owner to the course as a Collaborator.

    Then hover over your name (the current owner) and you will see Transfer appear on the right.

    From the list that appears, choose the name of the Collaborator you want to be the new course owner.
