Transferring Course to Another User

Can Rise courses be transferred to another user in the event that the user who created the course leaves the team they are on (maybe for a different position or a new job)? I ask because my team is ...

Hi Arisara,

You can try the following steps:

  1. Add your old user to the seat.
  2. Add your new user as an Admin to your team. This will not take up a seat.
  3. Remove the old user from your team, and transfer the courses to the new user that is currently an admin.
