How to transfer a Rise 360 account to another team member?

Hi everyone,

I am curious if there is a chance to copy a whole Rise account to another team member?

I am aware of the option to transfer the content when a user leaves the team (explained in this KBA Articulate 360 Teams: Managing Content When Users Leave Your Team | Articulate - Community). But in our case the user should remain in the team, but his content should be administrated by another person.

Here it is very important that the collaborator settings persist!

Thank you very much for help in advance!

Best Regards

  • Hi LucaStock,

    Happy to help!

This can't be done to transfer ownership of multiple courses at a time, but Rise 360 allows you to change ownership of a course if you're working on it with collaborators. Other collaborators remain when you transfer ownership. You'll need to manually change ownership of all the courses you want to transfer if you're transferring more than one.

Let me know if you have any questions!

      Hi JoseTansengco ,

thank you for the quick response. I am aware of the option to change course ownerships. As there are some hundrets of trainings on the account, it is not an option to change it manually for every single course.

Our best option then is to delete and transfer the original account and maybe create a new one afterwards.

      Really appreciate your help!

      Kind Regards.
