Translated XLIFF File will not Import into Rise 360

I am having the same issue. Tried several formatting of the XLIFF translation and none of them uploaded. Not even when I tried to upload the "original file" exported in "Step 2". The loading-animation remains forever on the status "processing translation".

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty importing your XLIFF translation into Rise. You mentioned that even uploading the original file does not work.
