Translating a Rise course - No luck.
Hello Ryan!
I'm sorry for the trouble! Are you importing the translation file back into the same course that you exported it from? The XLIFF file is content-specific, so it can't be exported from one deliverable and imported into another.
If you are still running into issues, I recommend connecting with our Support Engineers in a support case.
Curious if you figured this out and what software you ended up using. I am struggling with translating a course into Spanish while preserving the HTML. I don't want to rebuild the entire course (3-hour course) if there's a better way. Thanks. Steve

Hello SteveVitolo,
Happy to help!
Translating a Rise 360 course shouldn't affect the HTML side of the course since it only targets the text. Please share more details about the behavior to help us understand your experience:
- Do you see objects or text shift around when you translate your course? Feel free to share screenshots or a quick Peek 360 recording of the problem to help us with our investigation.
- Please share how you export, translate, and re-import your course's XLIFF file. Are you using a translation service or translation tool to do the translations?
- Were you able to follow the steps outlined in this article when you translated your course?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
