Trigger definitions
Where can I find a definition or explanation on what each of the triggers do? I can't seem to find anything anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Is there a particular one you need to know? They don’t have much leeway. Most of them do exactly what the first word says, although when you choose from the drop-down, there is sometimes a short phrase to further clarify. But if there are some you’re unsure of, just ask.

"Submit interaction" - could you please explain a bit more what this does?

Hi, EnsonoTAD!
Thanks for reaching out. You'll see a Submit button when working with a quiz. The Submit button has a trigger automatically attached to it that submits the interaction when it’s clicked. In this example, the learner can select their answer (true/false) and that will be the interaction that's submitted.
I hope this helps!
