Trigger Issues with Interactive Video
Hi Amanda, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! ✨
Thank you for sharing your .story file with us to begin troubleshooting.
I noticed you do not have any cue points on your screencast. You will need those to set up pauses in your video.
The article I shared above will give you more details on using cue points, but for a quick explanation to add a cue point, you can right-click anywhere in the Timeline panel and select Create Cue Point At Playhead. Or, to add cue points on-the-fly, click the Play button in the lower left of the timeline, and then press C on your keyboard at any point where you want to insert a cue point.
After creating the cue points you will need for the pauses in your timeline, you can create the triggers to pause your screencast at certain times for the user to click on additional resources.
You could also use cue points to display new layers of information as the learner reaches certain parts of your timeline.
Here's another great article on three steps to using cue points to pause a video.
I hope that helps! Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have additional questions.

Thank you! I did watch a training on creating cues so I will add and see if that helps the pauses.
