Hi all: I know that I'm late to replying. We met with our LMS administrator and they noticed that our security protocol prevents the mailto function from executing. We had previously overwritten this safety protocol but in the latest LMS updates, the settings got reverted. We've updated the protocol again to allow the mailto functionality and it works. Thanks to all who chimed in!
