Trigger not working when published

Hi

I have an object with 2 triggers. Slide 1, object "Lorem".

The triggers are: 1. color change for state "visited" and 2. Show a layer.

It runs fine when I preview only this slide, but when I publish the project, the color change I triggered for the visited state dosen't work.

Any idea how to fix?

Thanks

Shevi

  • I am experiencing this problem today. The trigger was working all day and suddenly has stopped.

I have had this problem come up in a program that I have been working on for a few months and just today it started to glitch and not play triggers. Also found that some of the motion animations reset to a .1 second animation instead of 2.0.

With some trial and error I did fix the problem. I locked all the layers (Background, imagery and text) that did not include triggers or motion animations and it has fixed the problem. Everything is running smoothly again.

No sorry. This has happened again just after I thought it fixed itself. Changed the first couple of slides but then the last one was broken.

After some more testing and messing around the problem seems to be in rise360 because when I preview the file after I publish it it runs without any problems.

Files seem to be fine in review 360 but then freeze or pause when inserted into rise
