Triggers are disappearing from my trigger panel
Hi everyone,
I'm working on a project that has a deadline in few hours and my triggers are disappearing from the trigger panel. Please note: The panel is not missing. I can see the panel just fine. But when I create a trigger and preview it on the slide, I can see the trigger in action. Problem is, I can't edit or delete it when it's not doing the right thing, because I can't find it anymore. It disappears from the panel. FYI., I'm working with drag and drop (free form) quiz slide incase that matters.

With this type of unexpected behavior, it's a good idea to submit a case directly to Articulate. You can do that here:

That ensures the staff will see it. And, in my experience, they're pretty responsive.

I opened a case and sent a file. The team member said that they couldn't replicate the situation. I shut down my system and restarted articulate and it worked enough for me to finish my project. But that was scary. lol
