Triggers being created when using form view to edit feedback
"...if we use the form view to edit the feedback on the questions that just have basic correct or incorrect feedback by question, storyline creates TWO triggers -- "hide layer when timeline ends" and "jump to next slide when timeline ends."
What is the layout in the Feedback Master that the "Correct" or "Incorrect" layer with the "mystery triggers" is pointing to? If the original feedback layout doesn’t exist or has been deleted, you’ll most likely run into this issue.
Can you provide some screenshots or a short video showing how this issue occurs, including the layers and the layout being used in the Feedback Master?
I don't think it's a bug, as this issue can be easily replicated by improper handling of the Feedback Master layouts.
To create my custom feedback, I would first make a copy of the Feedback Master and then edit it as needed. After that, I would assign the appropriate feedback layers to the corresponding layouts in the Feedback Master. The bottom line is that the original feedback layouts (Correct, Incorrect, etc.) contain default triggers. If these triggers and layouts are lost or accidentally deleted, they get replaced by unknown triggers, which can cause issues by changing something in Form View.

Sorry to necro this post, but this isn't true.
Even if you use the original, unedited Feedback Master's, the issue will occur if you remove the 2x triggers that appear and are assigned to when the user clicks the Continue button. The 2 triggers themselves are not present in the Feedback Masters (as you can see in your gif).
If you remove the 2 triggers and then adjust the feedback, they will reappear automatically and will be assigned to the 'timeline end', instead of 'when user clicks'.
I've started a new thread about it, you can see the issue, some gifs, and steps to recreate here.
