Question feedback layers automatically adding triggers when feedback is edited in Form View

This has happened in a number of different modules, all built from a standard new file. I've seen a few other posts about this, but it doesn't seem like anyone from Articulate interacted.

Issue:

Whenever we have feedback on a question that is updated directly via the Form View, Storyline will automatically add in 2 triggers; "Jump to Next Slide" and "Hide Layer when Timeline ends" to the feedback layer that was edited (See gif 1). The feedback layers are the default feedback layers, with edited background graphics (and the original continue button removed). These 2 triggers are not present on the Feedback Masters.

Gif 1 - Showing 2x triggers automatically being assigned to a feedback layer when feedback is edited via the Form View.

Editing the feedback via the layer itself does not create the two triggers, but does update the text in the Form View.

I think this might be a bug/hidden unwanted feature of the branching quiz system, because if I set the feedback's branching to "unassigned", it automatically creates the two triggers, with the "jump to slide" trigger as unassigned (see gif 2).

Gif 2 - Selecting 'unassigned' as the next branching still creates a trigger.

This is causing a lot of headaches for modules that we make edits to or update, as its breaking the functionality of the continue button. It appears that if you remove the original triggers that are tied to the continue button when you first create the question slide, every time you edit the feedback text on the Form View, it automatically creates the triggers and assigns them to timeline end (even if you have the original button from the Feedback Master present on the layer) (See gif 3)

Gif 3 - Removing the triggers that automatically appear and assign to the continue button when you create a new question causes the triggers to re-appear assigned to timeline end when feedback is edited.

Is there a way to disable this function that automatically adds in these triggers? It's super counterintuitive to the way the slide is set up, and adjusting the feedback should not change how the layer itself works.

Steps to recreate issue:

  1. Create a new freeform question slide
    1. By right clicking in left scene panel > New Slide > Freeform Question... > Pick One
  2. Select and view the Correct or Incorrect layers and delete the 2 triggers
    1. Hide layer this layer when the user clicks Continue
    2. Jump to slide next slide when the user clicks Continue

  3. Open the Form View and edit the feedback text (for whichever layer you removed the triggers from)

  4. Return to the layer and find the 2 new triggers automatically created and assigned to timeline end
