Question feedback layers automatically adding triggers when feedback is edited in Form View
This has happened in a number of different modules, all built from a standard new file. I've seen a few other posts about this, but it doesn't seem like anyone from Articulate interacted.

I'm sorry to hear that you've run into this setback.
I can confirm that we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug causes
- When editing Feedback Layers from Form View, Triggers to Hide Layer/Jump to Next Slide persist despite being removed.
I've included both of your voices in the bug report, so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready. As a workaround, we suggest leaving the Feedback section blank in Form View and manually adding Correct/Incorrect Layers. Then, select the preferred layout you wish to use.
