Trouble Accessing Content Library 360 Thumbnails in Storyline
I’m currently using a personal subscription of Articulate 360 and having trouble accessing the Content Library 360 in Storyline. Specifically, the thumbnail images for all the content are not showing up, making it challenging to select what I need.
Since I don’t have an IT department to troubleshoot, I was wondering if anyone here has experienced this issue before and can offer suggestions. I’ve already tried restarting the program and checking my internet connection, but no luck so far.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated—thanks in advance!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the Content Library 360!
This behavior is likely related to network endpoints not being enabled. A helpful first step is to check if port 443 is open. If it's not, it will first need to be opened, then the domains listed in this article must be added to your organizations 'allowlist'.

Assuming you're on Windows 10 or 11, you could create new "inbound rules" through Windows Security. I think it's Windows Security > Firewall & Network Protection > Advanced Settings. You can try creating new inbound rules there for the content library sites that are listed in the linked article from Steven.
