Trouble launching Rise course on Amazon S3

Hi there 

I have recently signed up for a free trial of articulate 360.

Yesterday I tried posting a Rise course I made. I used cloudberry and Amazon S3. I made sure my bucket and folders were open to public using the permissions. 

I copied the URL and pasted it onto a Web browser. The course worked for 5 minutes. Then when I returned to it, it had gone. In its place was a message saying, bye you may now leave this post. 

Can anyone help me?
