I have a problem in my storyline file, i have placed my next button in the layer and have given a trigger to appear after 3 sec, when I preview my file it works well when it start from the beginning...

Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? There might be something in your triggers that could explain the behavior. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
