Try Mode Slide Flickering First Frame when transitioning to next slide
Hi,
I'm having an issue now with my project since I installed the v3.93.3359.0 update a half hour ago.
I've created a series of step by step slides using Try Mode. Before the update, when I preview the Try Scene and do an action on a slide, like click a hotspot to play the video recording and advance to the next slide, you can see the video recording play and then advance to the next slide, as expected. But now, after the update, just before the preview advances to the next slide, the first frame of the video recording flashes onto the screen. After the flash of the first frame, the slide advances. This is very off-putting.
This didn't happen before the update. Did something, like a setting, changed without me noticing that I need to fix? Please advise.
Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you've run into this snag. I was unable to recreate this flickering behavior on my end.
Do you experience this same behavior if you recreate this in a brand new .story file?
It would be helpful if you could take a screen recording of what you're experiencing and share your file with us. We'd be happy to investigate this further! Feel free to share in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I'm having the same issue. I thought I was crazy because a Try Mode I generated last week looked perfect and now it is flickering between most slides as is a newly generated Try Mode project.
Hello Everyone,
I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior.
I can confirm that this is a bug we are currently tracking, and there are two identified workarounds to temporarily address the behavior.
- Downgrade Storyline 360 to Update 92
- Use Action Fine Tuning to remove the frames of the next slide's screen recording video
I've added this community post to the bug report so we can notify you immediately when a fix is released. Please feel free to open a case with our support team here if you need help with any of the workarounds.

I am still having this issue. Downgrading to 92 does help. I just upgraded to latest version hoping the issue was resolved but it was not. I have just downgraded again.
