Trying to Update Articulate 360 and it is still "Waiting to install Articulate 360"

My IT department has remoted in twice now to help me install the required update for Articulate 360. It keeps spinning and will not update. The program just says, "Waiting to Install Arti...

Any update on this? Having the same issue here, and i see this was about 3-months ago. Has there been a fix i can forward to my IT staff? I'm trying to install so that i can open Storyline.

Hi Evan,
In our organization all computers are locked down and we cannot install any apps.
We had to get our IT department to install Storyline.
