TTS Voice Changes
I'm working on a training using TTS audio and notice that on 3 random slides, the voice changes part way through. I inserted the audio all in 1 file and selected the same voice for the entire audio file. Part way into the slide, the voice changes from the updated AI sounding voice to a robotic sounding voice for 1 or 2 lines. It then changes back to the original AI voice. I've deleted and reinserted the audio a few times and also restarted both my computer and SL. I installed the most recent update and also rolled it back in case that was causing it. There is no SSML formatting in the script either, just straight forward text.
Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it?

So I found what was causing this .. and found a work around ... the audio of the slide was set to read a list of letters (i.e. K, L, M, N, O, P, and Q). This is where the audio glitches to a robotic voice. If I change the audio to say "K through Q", it read it in the correct AI voice. If I separate the letters with a period (ie. K. L. M. N. O. P. and Q), it also reads it correctly. Seems like SL doesn't like a list of letters separated by a comma. 🤷♀️
