Turn off "show until end" as default when inserting new images

Hi all,  Does anyone know if I can turn off the "show until end" functionality when I'm inserting images.  I rarely want my images to show until end and have to turn that off and then adjust the d...

Hi,

Trying to get this back on the radar for a future update.  Looks like folks are still wanting this implemented after 4 years.  Has there been any progress?

      Please, this is driving me mad. I’m losing so much time having to deselect “Show Until End” every single time I add something to the timeline. It’s always switched on by default, which isn’t helpful at all.

      Take a slide that runs for 2 minutes with over 30 items. Every time I add a new object, I have to manually deselect the “Show Until End” option, scroll to the end of the timeline, and then shrink the object down to match my cue. It’s not just repetitive, it’s exhausting!

      This becomes especially frustrating when working on detailed sequences where timing matters. Having to repeat the same steps for every item breaks focus and slows down the workflow. It feels like storyline is working against us instead of with us.

      We need a way to change the default behaviour or at least apply settings globally. Having to fix this manually for every single item is a huge time sink, especially when working on larger projects.
