Turn off/on captions

Hi,

For my project I dont' want to use the player. So I created a CC button to turn on the the AI generated captions. However I can't turn them off again.

A tutorial I was following said

Operator - assignment - not assignment should do it.

I can't find this in my storyline.

I need to have power to turn captions ON/OFF as I wish.

Kindly suggest.

    I don't recognize this trigger panel either. Is it an old panel? A brand new one? The Articulate staff will be able to answer your question.
    In any case, what you want to do is very easy to achieve. Take a look at the small .story file attached.
    With a single trigger, you can  play with the button's state, especially the “Selected” state when you click on it, which automatically returns to “Normal” if you click again.

    So, ‘Selected’ state = CC on. “Normal” state = CC off.
