Tutorial Link Requesting To Log ON

I created a link for a training video for my colleagues to use. It does work with out issue. Can anyone click on it even if they do not have a company issued device? I was told that a colleague from another country clicked on the link and was asked to log on. 

Appreciate any help with this. Thanks

    If the content is on a secure company intranet, anyone who wants to watch the content needs access to that intranet. At a minimum, that usually requires logging in. Whether or not it needs to be done from a company-issued device depends on how the intranet is set up. Work with your IT folks, as needed.
