Unable to attach Storyline file
Hello all
I was unable to attach a Storyline file to my Rise course.
Currently, the Storyline is published in Review 360 and works well during review. However, when trying to attach it as a Storyline block, the message "in progress" appears.
Also, I tried uploading the SCORM file to our LMS, however this time I was unable to view the clickable pdf attachment.
Can you please let me know if there is anything that I am doing incorrectly or missing?
Hello Joane,
Happy to help!
Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can do to hep isolate the behavior:
- Are you able to replicate the same behavior if you use other browser to add the Storyline 360 block to your Rise 360 course? Please test using other browser to see if the issue is browser specific.
- Since you were able to successfully publish your Storyline 360 course to Review 360, there's a chance that the issue isn't being caused by your network's configuration. Just the same, check with your network team if any of Articulate 360's endpoints are being blocked by your network settings.
- Is the issue happening to only one Storyline 360 project file? What happens when you publish a new, blank Storyline 360 project file? Are you able to embed this to the Rise 360 course?
If you are able to replicate the behavior regardless of which browser is used, would you be willing to share a copy of your Storyline 360 .story project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Hi Joe
Thank you for your quick response.
I am able to attach other storyline file to RISE wit5h no issue just this one. I have tried to check all triggers but can't find the reason why.
I checked using Edge and Chrome and they all work fine for other storyline file but not for this one in particular.
I have attached the file in the support case.
Thank you for your assistance.
Hi Joane!
Thanks for sharing the feedback!
I didn't see any open support cases for you, so I created one on your behalf! Through that case, you can share a copy of your Storyline file with our support engineers. You're in great hands working one-on-one with them and they should be getting in touch shortly!
