Unable to click and drag buttons and shapes once text added
Since last update (3/23) I am Unable to click and drag a shape or button once I add text to it. If I create new buttons or shapes without text I can click and drag them around the screen. I’ve been installed and reinstalled storyline 360, and the same with my mouse. Please help

That is strange. Are you working on your files on your local hard drive? I know you've said you've already uninstalled and reinstalled, but it's the only fix I can think of. If you figure out what the issue is, please post an update!
Are you previewing, or developing when this happens? How did you add text? Can you attach a slide with that problem so someone can take a look at it?

I can’t resize text boxes either, my mouse doesn’t change to ‘move’ or ‘arrow’ it’s quite frustrating.

Have you tried changing the position of your cursor when attempting to drag shapes/buttons with text? Once text is added, the entire shape becomes a textbox, so I've found I need to focus on the outline of the shape. I'm attaching an example of what I mean. I hope this helps!
I reverted my software to past version and everything works fine. Something with the last update.

Also, I noticed that your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if you would like by clicking Edit beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
For some reason I am only able to post via email.
I did post on the forum and opened a ticket with support. Support let me know that they applied a hotfix to the latest version and I installed that - and everything works again.
According to support: I'll be adding your case to our feature request report to have Storyline be supported in a high-DPI.
