Unable to create new course
Clicking on the Create New button followed by either selecting Course or Microlearning returns an error message - Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact support if the problem persists.
Please advise how to proceed.

Hi Tracey! Sorry to hear you're getting an error when clicking on the Create New button in Rise.
Here are some troubleshooting steps:
-Ensure you are using a supported browser, and that your browser is updated.
-Please access Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n) Do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?

Hello - I am getting the same Oops message when trying to open any Microlearning course. It works from my personal computer but not my work computer. My guess is that something is being blocked. Is there a list of URLs that we need to whitelist to view Microlearning? Everything else in Articulate 360 works just fine for me. Thank you!
Hi there, Jennifer! Good clue about it working on your personal computer. Ask your network administrator to make sure these endpoints are cleared for full Articulate 360 functionality!
