I have created a lesson but now I am unable to rename or delete it, only processing showing on refresh it is there also I tried edit in HTML but not succeeded. Can anyone help?

Are you experiencing this issue across all supported browsers, or is it specific to one? Also, does clearing your browser's cache make any improvement?
