Unable to duplicate a course even though I own the course - Help!

Hello!  I have 5 courses I want to duplicate and cannot because the option is not available even though I am the owner of the course.

    Hi there ademeglio what kind of course are you trying to duplicate?

    It might be worth going directly to support with this issue as there may be an issue with the account.

    Hi ademeglio,

    Could you share a screenshot or a quick Peek 360 recording of how you're trying to duplicate your course to help us understand why you cannot do so? If you're signed in using the correct account, you'll know you have permission to duplicate the course if you see your name above the course title, as well as seeing the option to Duplicate a course as shown here:
