Unable to Install ARticulate 360
HI,
I am trying to install a new version of Articulate 360 (Windows 11) and apparently there is a conflict with the previous version that I was trying to uninstall. Here is my sequence:
- Unistalled 360 it through the Unistall app, then rebooted and the app did not appear in the list of programs.
- Downloaded the package with the software
- opened Articulate. Near Storyline the option was available: install updates. Clicked. then the dialogue started and the message was saying that the path wasn't found.
- When I click on Open Storyline, I get a message there was an error opening and new storyline I have now Unistall failed.
Any advice would be much appreciated
