Unable to log into Storyline 360

Hello Jenn!
Can you try these steps below?
- Log out of 360.articulate.com
- Close the browser window.
- Close the Articulate 360 desktop and reopen it.
- When prompted to sign in, it should take you to 360.articulate.com where you aren't signed in.
- Sign in again. This should refresh the Articulate 360 desktop app.
