Unable to Login (Auth Callback)
I am unable to login into 360 Articulate this morning. This is true for Chrome and Edge. Trying to login appears to show an auth callback loop of some sort. I have not added any extensions to either browser.
Any ideas on how to get back to work?

I submitted a ticket, too. Same issue.
Experiencing the same here too. Can't chat with them through 24/7 support either and calling the support 800# doesn't get me anywhere. We have team members with EOD deliverables using this software.
Same issue with our team.
I'm also having the same issue, which is weird because the remainder of my team doesn't seem to be affected.
One member of my team seems to have access no problem. Sadly the rest of us don't.
