Unable to open MP4 Video
Hi all,
unfortunately I receive an error saying "unable to start the server" whenever I try to open an MP4-Video created using Storyline 360. Does someone know what this means?

Does that error appear when you try to play other MP4 files? Can you try to open that MP4 file using a different video player or try to open it in Google Chrome?
